Cheerful and pleasant accommodation in Napa valley! The owner provided an upgrade and a wine opener, what more could you need?

Clean, comfortable and quiet. All you need if you are on a budget. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Had a great experience and will be returning.

While initially discouraged by our first glance at the property, we were pleasantly surprised by several other details. First, while the room was small, having beds in opposite ends of the room worked out well. Second, the shower power was very good, plenty of hot water and the stream was at a good power level. Third, perfect location for attending the Safeway Open, as the fairgrounds were only a 10 min walk to pick up the free shuttle to the event. A little scary at night, but it was so short it wasn't a problem. Fourth, the beds were quite comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Fifth, have both refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. Finally, for those needing a smoke break, there is a large empty grass area immediately behind the rooms, where I saw a large buck and his doe 2 days in a row, once in the evening and once in the morning. On the negative side, the bath towels were very basic, had to unpack as no room for living out of suitcases, and the so called breakfast of limited pastries, toast/bagel and dry cereal was disappointing..Overall, the price was right, and both my roommate and I would definitely return (with our own towels). Andy was very knowledgable about the area and the event, and didn't hesitate to help us navigate around.

Small rooms, but clean. Cute cottage style. Furniture is a bit worn. The beds are very comfort, and we had a very restful sleep. It’s located on a busy road, but if you stay towards the back, you won’t hear the road traffic. Not walkable to anything since there is no sidewalk, but it’s a block away from the cheapest gas station in Napa. There are a number of restaurants close by, just a couple of blocks away, but you have to drive to them for reasons mentioned above.

This hotel is so cute! It’s literally in the perfect location for all things Napa. I also really appreciate how kind and helpful the staff is here. I was able to check in early after traveling for so many hours. For a quick trip, this hotel is perfect. I will be coming back.

This sweet little inn has everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep. The beds were great! The towels and wash clothes were nice and plush! The air conditioner was fantastic! Most importantly it was extremely clean and SAFE. Very nice folks run the inn! Thank you, Andy for everything! We will be back! Mary and Steven
